Service Ping Error; Method Not allowed in sap c4c ?

Hello Experts

Here i have consumed the web service and created communication scenario definition and it is activated .I also created Communication scenario and it is activated successfully and created Communication arrangements too and it is activated successfully .But when i am checking the connection it displaying the below error and i am unable to see Inbound communication details.

Checking connection failed
Ping failed
Service Ping Error; Method Not allowed (405

Can anyone please help me out ?

I hope this Tuesday is going fine for you there at HYDERABAD. I found this similar thread, with same error message you are facing.

According to the info there, "This (error message) is normal, a ping request is neither a GET nor a POST HTTP method"

Per definition, 405 stands as:

"A request method is not supported for the requested resource; for example, a GET request on a form that requires data to be presented via POST, or a PUT request on a read-only resource."

The KBA 2400906 - HTTP HEAD request is not allowed in SAP Cloud Platform Integration, message "405 Method No... might give you more technical details on this situation.
