how to retreive the domain values stored in table

hi all,

i am generating a report program which list down the values taken from table DFKKOP. I have a field Main transaction HVORG , and in my report I need to display the descriptions which is taken from table TFKHVO.

Eg for 0010 , the description is "fees"..

is there any function module for eg: DD_DOMVALUE_TEXT_GET which retrieve directly the description instead of reading the table. i tried this above function module but did not get any values ?????
