HOW I CREAT DISCOUNT PO?

PLZ TELL ME THE TOTAL PROCESS OF DISCOUNT PO HOW I CREATE CONDITIONS & ALL THINGS?

Discount condition types are to be maintained in the pricing procedure.

spromm-purchase-condition--pricing procedure.

then will creating Po go to condition tab select the discount condition based on value,% ,etc...

Hi,

You can obtain discount functuonality by using one of the condition type.

This condition type should be incorporated in the pricing procedure.

The condition type of discount can be in percentage, total amount, amount per item.

When you do the PO from the pricing procedure you can obtain the discount condition type in the condition tab while creating PO. You can input the value and the system calculates the gross price.

In case if you want to predefine the discounts given by a vendor for a material then you can manintain purchasing info record and in this you can maintain the discount condition.

As and when the PO is raised for this material and vendor the discount amount will be picked up into the PO.
