Hi all,
Is it possible (onpremise) to view somewhere when a delayed mail is scheduled exactly?
In SLG1 on the program CUAN_MKT_EXEC_LISTENER you can see for example:
Number of interactions for event ZDOWNLOADBROCHUREREQ: 6
Action "1(SEND_EMAIL)" of trigger "1(ZDOWNLOADBROCHUREREQ)" of campaign "0000000096" scheduled.
So there an incoming interaction gets "scheduled" to be mailed after the delay (e.g. a delay of 2 days).
But is there somewhere a table or report that can show all of the scheduled mails and the scheduled date-time?
Hi,
There is no table as such which holds exactly the time when a delayed email will be shot out.
But CUAN_D_MKTORC_AC contains the information about the delay and its start time and when CUAN_MKT_EXEC_LISTENER gets executed it automatically calculates the time and sends out the email/SMS.
Note: CUAN_D_MKTORC_AC-ROOT_KEY = CUAN_D_MKTORC_RT-DB_KEY and CUAN_D_MKTORC_RT-INITIATIVE_ID holds the campaign ID.
Thanks
Saurabh
