Web Service Error

Hi All

I am getting the folloeing error while error

Exception while setting data Exception on creation of service metadata for WS metadata destination 'XXXXXXX' and WS interface 'ZWS_BAPI_AAAAA. One possible reason is that the metadata destination 'XXXXXXX' has not been properly configured; check configuration.

I have checked the visual admin, the webservice is configured properly...What cud be the reason for it?
