Workflow Notify Step

Hi ,

I am using the Notify step.

The problem is the mails are not sent to corresponding users

I hav done the settings in mds .ini file

server name =mail.xyz.com

SMTP timeout=1 minute

the SMTP access is set up.

Can anyone suggest what else has to be configured?
