Excise Invoice error

hi friends

i am getting the following errors while creating excise invoice

Balance in Transaction Currency

System Failure during locking GL account (company code) by (GL account no)

these two errors coming for the same document can anybody tell me the solution for this i got stuck here since 2 days

this is very urgent i have checked the currency both are same currency for customer and company
