PA30 User Exit - p0001 values are not Available ?

Hi Experts ,

I have a problem , In PA30 user exit( PAI user exit EXIT_SAPFP50M_002,INCLUDE ZXPADU02) , when i tried to do a organization reassignment action Position(PLANS) and employee group (PERSG) is not Available in Pa User exit , how this is available in there. ONLY values belong to infotype 0000 available there . what to do ?
