Customized links on confirmatin page is not working

Hi, I created a confirmation page entry by using SPRO->Homepage Frameworks -> Services -> Define links on confirmation pages. Then I passed the new entry's name into the webdynpro application using application parameter 'sap.xss.linklistkey'. But when I started the webdynpro application and went to the confirmation page, it was still the old page instead of the new one I configured. I wonder what part I am missing so it didn't work?
