Top N List does not apear in the B2B Web shop

Hi Experts,

I have a requiremet to get the Personalized Product recommendations in the B2B web shop based on the Target Group I assigned to the Top N Items.

However I am not finding any Product recommendations, when I log in to the B2B web shop with the target group user.

We are using CRM5.0

I followed the below steps and created a Top N list with 3 Top N Items.

1. Assigned products and Target Groups to each Item

2. Assigned the Shop ID to each Top N Item

3. Entered the Validity Period

4. Activated the Top N list

5. Selected the Personalized Product Recommendations check box and maintained the Attribute set in the Shop Admin.

I believe that it is possible to have the personalized product recommendations in the B2B web shop.

Are there any additional steps to be performed?
