Job Execution Error 7.0SP2

Each time I attempt to execute a job I recieve the following error:

Unhandled Error in DSERuntime - Exception:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/mw/jco/JCO

I have confirmed that the settings under the Menu, Tools->Option have been defined. I do not know where else to look to address this error. Any help is appreciated.
