Leave management for China :1/2 day for "Women's Day"

Hi ,

China seems to have a special requirement : half a day for "Woman's Day" . I thing it is March the 8th and only Women should get the leave .

Somebody knows now to configure that ? Special calendar or quotas ?

Women Day for China normally configured in Calendar but not sure configured under Public Holiday calendar or Holiday Calendar.
