Portal SSO to 3rd party Websites

Hello Everyone,

Is it possible to establish SSO in the Portal to third party's application/website without setting up a user id and password? For example, we would like for associates to log into our SAP Employee Self Service solution and access Fidelity's 401k Website, our 3rd Party Benefits Website, etc without having to enter a user id and password.

I have seen several threads referencing App Integrator in this forum, but all of them reference setting up a user id and password in User Mapping. Is there an expectation that this user mapping must be set up for each user in order for the user to access a 3rd party site?
