How to change fixed cell values with Macro

We are on SCM5.0.

I want to move values of Keyfig 1 to Keyfig 2.

Values of Keyfig 2 are fixed for some char combinations.

I want to change values of Keyfig2 even if these are fixed without changing fixing status for cells.

Please suggest.
