ActiveXViewer.cab in Crystal Reports 10 Pro

Hello.

I currently need to upgrade a set of Crystal Reports developed in version 8.0.1.0 and which are accessed by end users through a web application. The CRViewer.dll, and its associated components, are downloaded from the webserver to the clients via ActiveXViewer.cab and allow the reports to be viewed.

The plan is to upgrade to Crystal Reports 10.0 (its my understanding that the CRViewer.dll / ActiveXViewer.cab logic can continue to be used in that newer version.) I currently have a copy of 10.0 Pro, but I cannot find the ActiveXViewer.cab file on the source disks.

Should that .cab file be available in 10.0 Pro? Or would I have to get a copy of 10.0 Developer or Advanced, or another version? Or would I be forced to use another approach entirely in enabling these reports over the web?
