SAP Cloud Identity Self-Registration not working

Hello,

I am trying to allow users to self register to view a Launchpad in the Portal Service. User Application Access is configured and there is a registration form:

I expected a registration button, bit none is present:

I also tried linking an account to a Social Identity Provider. Linking an existing user works fine, but there is no option to create one.

It seems it was a bug. I created a new application, linked it manually to HCP, gave it the exact same settings and it works. I'll just use the new application.
