Hi,
In CRM 5.0 activity management, it is possible to create word templates that can be called and attached to an activity (in PCUI or from the GUI, tab attachment, create with document template).
We are using the interaction centre and when creating a follow up activity, the attachment functionality is not visible. What need to be done to make it available?
In the service ticket it is possible to attach a document but not to create a document using a word template. Again, can it be done.
