CHIP Catalog is locked by user XXX ? Fiori Launch configuration error log.

Hello Team,

When i was trying to configure Fiori launchpad i am facing the below error can you please provide your best solution for this.

I am attaching here my system version and error log details.

Maybe a cache issue. can you run the below program to clear server cache and execute your steps again?

GOTO SE38-> /UI2/DELETE_CACHE -> F8-> change 24 to 0 -> F8

GoTO SE38-> /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES -> F8

While creating catalog i am getting this error. For that in Tcode: /IWFND/ERROR_LOG log was created as image - 1 attached above

This means that page builder service is not active. Please activate it in SICF and then proceed.
