SAP C4C HTML Mashup Issue

Hello Experts,

We have one requirement to create HTML mashup using Portal URL ('https' enabled). We have created HTML mashup using below HTML Code and add it to custom work center.

We are able to show Login Screen of PortalUrl in C4C but after passing credentials to login screen, Screen is loading. We are not able to see the home page.

Can anyone please provide guidance?
