Please help me urgent

'm configured R/3 FT.while creating an export order, in error log Export Licenses -> Log I get a Red status against the material.

when I double click the material.. there is a red light against "Embargo

situation of sold-to-party"... Any suggestions to how I solve the problem?

i have checked whether sold to party is going to embargo country. its not.

the country CA (this is where it is going to)was not marked Embargo.

the same is happening for every internation customer.
