Get Forward workitem person id to display in me53n

Hi Good day,

1st Scenario

1. I have created a PR and it goes to approver and approver releases the workitem from SAP Inbox.

2nd Scenario

2. When approver gets the Workitem, He forwards to user id XYZ and XYZ Releases the workitem.

Requirement is :

How can i get hold the person to whom its been forwarded? i need to dispaly that userid in me53n on Customer data.
