SLG1 error: Organizational Assignment infotype does not exist for 01.01.2018

Hello everybody,

We implemented a SF-EC to SAP-HCM integration.

When we try the employee Transfer between 2 company inside same organization (so the same sap-HCM system) we obtain an error on SLG1 during the epmployee replication:

"Organizational Assignment infotype does not exist for 01.01.2018"

The employee is inside HCM and also new position is replicated on PPOSE.

any suggestion?

Hi Alessandro,

When you replicate the employee from EC to ERP , during a company code change the system will create a new Pernr.(standard functionality of replication tool).
but if you want to use the same pernr you have to use badi to change the same.
and there are several product for the replication from EC to ERP, which is the product you use ?
BIB (employee and org replication happens simultanously), or legacy boomi or hci as the middle ware (employee replication and org replication XMLs are different).

you need to check the start date of the Organisation objects.
