How to remove manual follow up action against automatic UD by T-code QA10 ?

Hi Experts !

I am getting the below Error while doing QA10. Result recording and related pre-requisites are full filling. Configurations are ok . But , still QA10 is not completing.

"Error during quantity posting for inspection lot ' ', manual proc. required"

Pls., help me out on this.

Did you already check if there is a user exit used where eventually commits are made?

Single quote blank space is actually Insp. Lot. No. which has not been shown by me. No user-exit we have written so far for QA11. Only BADI enhancement "Set UD at Save " has been by me.

Badi or user exit is just two different concepts to manipulate data, but basically you are saying you do manipulate the data. I think an external is not able to trouble shoot it without hands on the system, seeing the source code or knowing the exact process that is covered and for which the BAdI was used .

is the material having serial profile or certificate is activated? Please check the details of error mgs to get exact reason

No. Material is without serial number profile. And no certificate is active on its Insp. Lot.
