In our company we have employees sharing their SAP ID's, sometimes when a user is logged in and another user logs in with the same ID, there is no warning and the first user loses his session, is there a way when someone is already logged in it gives a warning to the second user?

Best regards

Unfortunately theres no way to prevent this...

Also, before anyone from SAP tells you the same thing, sharing User ID's is actually a violation of the license as SAP Business One uses Named User licenses and licenses are tied to a specific person...using User1 User2 or warehouse1 , sales1 or sales2 style user names is also not allowed.

Thank you for your reply, we will take steps accordingly to avoid this violation.
