change organizational plan - workflow

Hi experts,

the client asks me to develop a routine in order to update, automatically, the agents of workitem when organizational plan changes. Is this possible in SAP ECC 6.0 ? Are there tables which track changes to organizational plan? Are there any exit on organizational plan save?

Hi

Antonella,

I guess, if you go the user's SBWP, and select the Settings -> workflow settings--> Refresh Org. Environment, this should do it.

Pl check this functionality.

You can make use of the following business Object

ORGUNITEXT Enhanced Organizational Unit

PDOTYPE_SH HR Position

PD_1001 PD Infotype Relationship (1001)

Check whether any event is getting triggered for this BO when you are changing Organization Plan and use accordingly.
