How to Resolve "Failed to activate authorization check for user SANTA"

Hi Friends

I am getting the following error in SM21 very frequently.

04:02:49 BTC 015 000 SAPSYS EB F Failed to activate authorization check for user SANTA

04:02:49 BTC 015 000 SAPSYS D0 1 Transaction Canceled 00 560 ( SANTA 010 )

How to resolve this problem......

Pls help with your ideas

Check user SANTA.... (wierd name by the way... hehehe)

Check if theres any jobs running under it... authorizations, etc...
