Error while implementing Solution Database after SP15

Hi all,

I am getting the following error at the time of implementing Solution Database after SP15 in our Solman Dev enviornment but same thing is working fine for Solman PRD environment.

Extracts of error is given below :

The following error text was processed in the system SSD : The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records. records in the data base.

The error occurred on the application server XXXXXXXX_SSD_00 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:
