UI Simplification

Hi,

Documentation about Enhancement Packs(EP) say that Enhancement Packs contain UI simplifications, to reduce number of clicks per transaction (for usability reasons).

I would like to know what is meant by UI simplification?

If I have EP 2 in my system, how can I know what content has been supplied as UI Simplification?

Any information on this would be appreciated.
