Hi Mostafa,
The Problem you are facing is standard SAP behavior until you make your settings properly. Please check at which point the batches for the components are determined, still look into these and revert:
1. Change OPJJ Settings to include Dependent Reservation (Read F1 and Maintain properly) so that the Production Order B is not successful in assigning the Batch of the components not available
2. Check in COB2/3 what Selection rule you are using for picking up the component batch. Modify it to ensure that the batch with available stock quantities are only picked.
COB1/COB2/COB3 - Search strategy for production/process order
Please once again check your Batch Determination settings in IMG..
http://www.sapfunctional.com/PP/Auto/Index.htm
Define the batch determination search strategy for process order in COB1 with sort rule in CU70 as primary thing..
On the initial screen of your application choose Logistics>batch management>For process order -->Batch search strategy --> Create.
On the initial screen of your application choose Batch search strategy -->Create.
Choose the strategy type, say choose co02
Choose the key combination-
Enter the required dat-->say plant ,production order type, product, valid from and component for which you want to have this
Choose Selection criteria push button. Choose a sort sequence.
If no values have been entered, enter the selection class and the characteristic values.
Go back to the screen on which you create a batch search strategy.
Choose Sort if required(it should be defined earlier(in CU70- here you are giving the charateristic name on which you want to sort)
For component you need to use MBC1 with search stratgey as ME01 for your plant movement type and material and assign the sort rule and search procedure here.
Check also in COR4, for the combination of plant and order type...you have selected search procedure-CO0001
Batch management> Batch serach procedure allocation and check activation
T.Code to be looked specifically OMCG , CORC
In the Material master MRP2 select the batch entry to 1.
In this case until you do the batch determination for production order system will not allow release of production order.
But as per my knowledge we cannot do automatic batch determination during order saving.
if this is not working. please raise a ticket to SAP and get their help..some times code fix will help. it might be missing update..something like that..Hope it helps..

Select the material and click on display determination after executing the batch determination.
In next screen click on logs and click expand button. Here you can find the exact issue
Possible reasons may be
1. Search strategy might not be there. Click on Strategy analysis to get the details
You should have at least one green one. If not there create a one in COB1. Also here you can see the procedure assigned to your order type.
2. For Component will not have the batch entry is not there. If not there add 3
3. Search procedure is not mentioned in Order type. - OPL8
Also you can use the blog https://blogs.sap.com/?p=695510
4. Stock should be available on the date of batch determination. Check the same in MB5B

Dear Mostafa,
For activating auto batch determination during production order / Process order release
there should be some pre requisite master data, kindly refer the below blog to understand the prerequisite steps for enabling the auto batch determination
