Please provide me some link for HCM-workflow

Hi folks,

i'm new to work flow, but trained in the same and i have conceptuel knowledge having done some assignments.

now i got a project where i have to work for WORKFLOW in HCM.

to say bit in detail--> im going to work on work flow which is triggerd from ESS and MSS. where like approvels and kind of data uplods are done from ESS and MSS.

can any body please provide me some information, which fulfils my requirements.
