Sorry, but P-user ID is just an ID to access Community. S-User ID is related to the contract between your company and SAP. No relation between P-user and S-user!
Hi, as Vadim said, you would only be able to get an S-User ID if your company has a support contact with SAP. I would advise consulting with your IT deparment to see if you have any such contracts or any SAP Super Administrators who would be able to create an S-User ID for you. If you are a consultant, you should request the ID from whichever company you are currently working with.
