Hi RD,
your agent assignments, change documents, status management etc...comes into customizing request.
If you hv them u need to tranport them too.
Hope it helps.

im creating the tasks as standard tasks from PFTC transaction.
in which scenario i have to classify the tasks?
because you were saying that we use customizing task to classify the tasks.
im not using any oraganizatioanal management in my workflow.
then also my tasks require the customizing request?
suggest me.

Hi,
As arghadip was telling, if your wf has a triggerring event, this event linkage needs a cust. requ and have to be transported. Atleast this is required.
And tasks either will have possible agents or general tasks. If you have possible agents assignment, you need the cust. req.
But, how are you assigning the agents for these tasks ?

venu
Hi ,
Assign the rule in the work flow activity and you find a agent assignment button (red) click it and when you reach a second window u have to make this Task a General task and generate an Index and then it asks for a Custom request save that to get it transported and however when u are binding the event to the work flow template it pops for the same custom request.
Do remember that you need to send that work bench request first and then a custom request so that no inconsistences araises..
