why system not support various currencies price list for the same product and same validity?

My customer need to add various currencies pricing list for the same Items. But currently system did not have functional to support.

They would like to know reason that why the system not to provide function for a basic selling behavior?


A001 Iphone X 64 GB first price list (Baht) 40,000 Baht valid 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2018

A001 Iphone X 64 GB second price list (USD) 1,350 US valid 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2018

If someone can recommend us for the implement solution, please suggest to me.

When you are creating a price list, you can select the currency for which you are creating the price list.

In the example you have provided, you would need two price lists one with currency USD and one with Baht. Have you tried this?

As of my understanding , the system might have stopped the second entry just because it is the same product with same validity added again in the same price list.

An approach would be to set a currency for your company’s org structure during the setup stage. All consecutive sales activities would display in that currency. If you do not set your currency type, then the solution displays currency values in USD, which is the default.

If a currency field is selected in a condition, currency conversion will be performed during runtime. The currency amount in the condition will be converted into the currency used in the related business object
