Hi,
We have two types of Quota for annual leave - in days and in hours. QUOMO feature is set up to generate quota based on certain criteria either in days or in hours. Now problem is when an employee moves from the days group to the hours group in the mid year of quota validity period. The quota is generated for the rest of the period with hours or vice versa. How do i tackle the situation? The expected solution is that both the quotas should be maintained correctly in days or hours for the respective period, at the same time any used quota should be taken into consideration while calculating the entitlement for the rest of the period. If this situation arises for quite a few people, it would be difficult to do it manually so is there any way i can automate it?
Any suggestion/comment will be of great help. Thanks.
Sujit

Hi.. you got to do that with Quota correction this year. Next year time management puts it in the correct grouping.

Hi Sikandar,
The report RPTQTA00 is picking up the employees correctly when the group is changing, but my concern is, if the quota is already generated in days, say for example, from Jan to Dec and the employee changes group from days to hours in May, then the time admin will again run the programme to generate quota in hours from May to Dec. By this time, employee might have used few of the quota...so he can not just delete the quota in days, but to deduct the no of quota used and rest he can convert to hours. How can i tackle the situation so that it will correctly calculated and if possible, automate the process.
Thanks.
Sujit
