Access 2007 and CR for VS2005

I am trying to connect to an access database (.accdb file) that is encrypted with a password from inside access. I've tried a bunch of ways to pass the "Jet Database Password" field that I get from the prompt inside VS2005 that works when I put in the right password. When I actually run the program and open a report I keep getting a "Database Login" prompt asking for the "Server Name" (not editable), "Database" (not editable), "Login ID" (seems to default to 'Admin'), and "Password". When I put in the right password it still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated because I've been searching google for a long time now and still haven't found an answer to this.
