Java Config Tool

When trying to use the config tool to modify java thread settings, I keep getting an error "secure store lib Dir does not exist /sapmnt/BWD/global/security/lib/tools". When I look on the IFS on the iseries I do see that directory with the following files in it:

iaik_jce.jar

iaik_jsse.jar

iaik_smime.jar

iaik_ssl.jar

w3c_http.jar

Can anyone give me a hint as to why I cannot connect using the default DB settings and what to do to correct the issue.
