I am using BW 3.5....

hi!

Could somebode help me with my web-chart (type: LINES) Category-Text. I only want to have a chart with the REVENUE in the Y-Axis and the YEARS (category text) in the X-Axis. The chart LINE describes the revenue trend of the CUSTOMER(s).

My QueryTable looks as the following:

____________ | REVENUE

CUSTOMERS | YEAR1 | YEAR2 | YEAR3 | YEAR4 | YEAR5 |

-

C1__________| 2633.44 | 1200.34 ...

C2__________| 3444.43 ...

C3__________| ...

-->PROBLEM: The CATEGORY TEXT in the Chart shows allways Revenue AND Year. For Example "REVENUE/2001", "REVENUE/2002", .... I only want to have years (2001, 2002, ...). How can fix the problem???

!!!Thank's for your help in advance!!!

Hi

How is the display in the report?

Is it Revenue/2002 like this?

Actually the category axis willl display the text from the report .If the report has the format like this then try to change the display in the report then it should be fine in the chart.

Where or How to change the display?? I tried ty hide Revenue in the QueryDesigner but therefore the VALUES were missing. How can I hide the Revenue-Text-Headline without losing the Values in the "table"?

Thanks!

Hi,

I guess you have placed characteristics and KEy figured in one row or column.

It is possible not to display the Revenue-test thousand times. Just have a look at "Display"-properties of Revenue.

Despite, values will be displayed.

Nevertheless, detailled information can't be given because that depends on your query in common.

Best regards
