RSbran03 PRG eeds to be de-activated

Hi all One of my team member has activated a standard program RSbran03

belongs to IS-Retail which in turn changed different fields in tables & types of Material.

Now i wanted to deactivate it & get the system to Normal status

No offline full DB backup is available & this point of time how can i respond.

I would be able to provide more information In case of any clues & luck.
