SAP Business One is unreachable on Lan when my internet goes down


my users are complaining the application is unreachable,

and when i checked, this is because of my ISA server, when not working the application is not working...

the service manager is using port 30000 and i have checked my ISA i didnt find any clue to solve this problem.

should i change this 30000 port without doing any client or server settings?

may you have any information please do let me know.

    Do your workstations get their IP address from the ISA server? If so, the B1 license server requires for the workstation to have an IP address relative to the others.

    Most likely you will notice that workstations that are already logged in when your internet goes down, can keep working normally?

    You either need to get your own domain controller / DHCP / DNS server, or you need to get a better support contract from your internet provider.
