No control record for Activity type XXX/yyy/zzz in version 000 / 2008 ?

hello,

I am running cost estimate for finished good and while running i am getting following error:-

1. No control record for Activity type xxx/yyy/zzz in version 000 / 2008 activity planning/qty planning

the list of such error is too much approximate 500.

I started maintaing the activity data for my current period in T-KP26 , i refered to last year values for my activities. With this the number of errors started to get reduce.

Is there any an other T-code in which i am able to maintain different activity's for different cost centre in one short , something like mass maintaince .

Also , i refered to vales of last year , is it correct ??
