Can somehow pls explain how stock days supply ; First Receipt DS and Second Receipt DS calculated in below screen shots.

The F1 help of those fields provide an excellent information about the calculation and it even includes an example of this calculation. Did you already read the F1 help? If so, what is your question about it?
