Deletion indicator in purchase order is not triggering any PO output

Hi team,

We have ARIBA SAP SCC integrated with ECC. Any changes done in ECC will be transmitted to Ariba.

When I delete the purchase order line item manually, output type gets proposed and information gets transferred to Ariba. If the purchase order line item is deleted using BAPI, information is not getting transferred to Ariba.

P.S - Deletion indicator field is maintained in the spro--> mm-->purchasing-->message control--> Fields relevant for printout of changes

But still output type is not getting proposed. If I manually delete any PO line, PO output is getting triggered.

Please let me know is there any setup to be done?.
