I delivered a number of demos/presentations of CCO for the restaurant industry and I get asked the same questions?.
1. Is it possible to manage table reservations?
2. How does the waiter know when to pick up the order from bar or kitchen?
3. Does CCO track the time customers spend at a table?
I would appreciate a reply on the above questions.

Hi George,
you have to maintain the Quick Selection in the SAP Customer Checkout manager according to the description in the guides. There should be also described how to upload images

Hi Stephan,
Thank you for the reply. I have one more question relating to the hospitality mode.
Is the "quick selection" supported in hospitality mode? Can we display menu items as pictures?

Hello George,
please see below the answer to your questions:
1. Is it possible to manage table reservations? --> Currently we don't offer such a functionality, it might come in a future release
2. How does the waiter know when to pick up the order from bar or kitchen? --> Currently we don't offer such a functionality, it might come in a future release, the kitch staff have to inform the waiter, this process needs to be covered by organization of the daily business. SAP Customer Checkout can't support here.
3. Does CCO track the time customers spend at a table? --> This function is not covered in the standard yet, it might come in the future.
We take all requests in our idea backlog list and they will be discussed in the planning for the next releases.
kind regards
Stephan
