Can anybody tell me what is the difference between iq03 and ie03 in SAP PM

In my project, we use Tcode iq03 to identify the vehicle that my client produced in the plant, It consists of various components which according to my understanding is maintained in Ibase .

Can we see the serial number of these components in IE03 .

If yes what is the difference between iq03 and Ie03

IQ03 is used to display serial number master records, which may or may not have an activated equipment master. You view the master record by entering a material number and serial number.

IE03 is used to display equipment master records, which may or may not be tied to a serial number master record. You view these records by entering an equipment number.

Yes, you can see the serial number information in IE03.

IQ03 displays serialized equipment and IE03 displays equipment; I encourage you to search
