Fiori Query Browser

Hi All,

We are new to Fiori, we already have configured Query Browser app in our development system and we can see a list of Analytical Queries (89).

When we try to execute them, we received an error saying (as in the Sales Volume case):

503 Service unavailable

Could not instantiate data source "DS_1" for query 2CCSDREVNFRMINVCQ

Fiori is installed as a front end server and it is connected to S4/H 1511 backend system.

In S4/H we are able to run the 2CCSDREVNFRMINVCQ query or the other queries, so, how can we do troubleshooting to determine which is the missing/faulty configuration item ?.

We had to upgrade some components and also enable some services that weren't previously activated and finally the queries were able to run.

It also remains the issue that we had to execute twice que queries because the first time we do it we received the same error message. The second time (within the same session) the queries execute properly.

Hi Juan,

It seems like some required paths are missing in webdispatcher configuration and pointing to incorrect path when calling the backend system from Fiori launchpad for query execution.

Yes, we have Web Dispatcher and there isn't any noticeable network error.

Do you have a Web Dispatcher in your system landscape? This kind of apps requires a Web Dispatcher. Goto developer tools in browser and check for any network error.
