Operation Wise Inspection.

Dear QM Expert,

My client requirement is this that if Master Inspection Characteristic is rejected then system restricted the user at confirmation level. When user run transaction co11n and try to confirm the operation then system restrict him and appear the message.

Please suggest me where i Configure the message.
