Dear Vamshi,

please check the field status in transaction code [OBD2].

select the "optional" button for all fields so that they can be seen in [XD01].

Hi,

Make sure you are using the same account group while creating the customer.

if yes, please check if there are any "More" tab in XD01 screen(usually they are at the right corners of the tabs

Hi,

you need to go to the account group with which you have tried to create the CMR. Go to trasaction OBD2 > select account group(for example 0001) > select the required tab (for example general data/ comp code data) > where you can select the required fields so that you can see them while creating CMR.

Hi guys..

Can u elaborate more.. after getting in to the OBD2.

Coz, I have already been to OBD2 and all of the fields are in optional mode, no field is in hide mode.

And one more thing is one or two tabpages are also missing.

What is the way to relocate the tabpages.

Are there any other things we need to do in OBD2, bcz those fields are already in optonal mode.

I am expecting the answer.

thanks in advance.
