Xcelsius - Cascading Drop-down

I have a table of 10,000 rows but I only want to display 1 row using cascading drop-down list on the Dashboard.

I googled but could not find much.

Could anyone please guide me to the right resources to achieve this?

*Using 4.1 with support pack 6
