Wrong Layout for some transactions

Hi Gurus, some users are complaining that transactions like MFBF sometimes shows error in the buttons layout, some shows the description of the buttoms and some don't, when they log in the system in language EN the problem disapears.

This is erraticaly, sometimes it happens, sometimes don't, i can't say what triggers this behavior.

Apparently when the system was installed the language set in netweaver was english, later when the ECC was installed the language was spanish.

How can i correct this?
