Leave Approval - Restrict display of Quota

Hi,

Is there a way to restict the quota displayed in the leave approval screen.

Issue: The manager is forced to scroll down to choose the Approve/Reject button due to the fact that the system displays all the quota irrespective of the leave type which needs to be approved.

1 It would be great if I could restrict the display to relevant quota. Is there a BADI available?

2 I tried personalizing the leave approval iView. However personalization works in preview, but not when launched otherwise. (Is there a special personalization setting for leave approval which is unlike other personalization settings.
